What happens when Thailand’s acclaimed chefs join forces for a never before cooking collaboration? For the first time ever, Off Menu Festival, a 3-day long festival that promises to bring together food, drinks and entertainment will be hosted at the iconic Chao Phraya riverside establishment, The Peninsula Bangkok.
Some of the biggest names in Thailand’s culinary scene such as Chef Wilfrid Hocquet from Blue By Alain Ducasse, Chef Sujira ‘Aom’ Pongmorn from Sawaan, Chef Phanuphon “Black” Bulsuwan from Blackitch Artisan Kitchen, will be paired up together for an off menu collaboration, creating menu exclusively for Off Menu Festival.
Off Menu Festival Bangkok will take place in a beautiful riverside garden of The Peninsula Bangkok. The open-air setting will allow foodies to witness the chefs in action while encouraging diners to explore each exclusive off menu creation closely. Foodies will be able to enjoy 11 exclusive dishes along with 3 special cocktails created by award-winning guest mixologists or 3 glasses of wine along with live music and culinary surprises throughout the event.
